Digitalization of the Open Fields Foundation
At the Open Fields Foundation, we believe that digitalization means more than technology – it means clearer processes, time saved, and resources directed where they matter most: supporting communities.
Through the project “Digitalization of the Open Fields Foundation”, financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, we aim to modernize our digital infrastructure and enhance the skills of our team and volunteers so that our activity becomes more efficient, more transparent, and better adapted to current needs.

Project Objectives:
- modernizing the digital infrastructure through high-performance equipment and software solutions;
- developing the digital skills of employees and volunteers.
Planned Activities:
- purchasing IT equipment and software solutions (Cloud Computing, cybersecurity, antivirus, Cognitrom CCP licenses for career counseling and guidance, ERP, and the E-invoice module);
- optimizing and expanding the functionalities of the foundation’s website;
- ensuring faster internet connectivity and adapted hosting services;
- digitizing the document archive;
- providing digital training courses for the team.
Project Impact:
Through digitalization, the Open Fields Foundation strengthens its operational capacity, reduces resource consumption, and amplifies its impact within the community. New technologies will support transparency, innovation, and continuous adaptation to societal changes, while also contributing to environmental protection.
This entire process has one single purpose: to help us become better organized and to dedicate more energy to the projects and initiatives through which we support people and communities.
