Social
In our social work, we are committed to supporting vulnerable communities and groups, promoting respect for diversity and equal opportunities for all.
We believe that real change happens through collaboration, which is why we build innovative partnerships to implement sustainable solutions that improve the quality of life for those who need it most.

Social projects carried out by the Open Fields Foundation:
From Education to Decent Work in Sibiu County
This project aims to support students from several vulnerable communities in Sibiu County, to give them a head start in their careers and a professional direction. Through counseling, partnerships with companies to offer them training and jobs, help in creating a CV and much more, we want these young people to have a real chance at a future of safety, options and comfortable living. Empowering Roma women in Mures County
The goal of this project was to lift 3,000 Roma and non-Roma families out of poverty, barely surviving on around $50/month. By developing social capital and engaging participants in an income-generating dairy value chain, these families became models of sustainable smallholder farming systems. See more here.
