Our project, in collaboration with Bursa Binelui, aims to help 26 children in the preparatory class in Roșia, Romania, and give them the chance to get an education.

In the village of Nou, we met 24 children who benefit from the social scholarship because their parents can barely manage to cover the family's basic needs. Six children are being raised by one parent and one is being cared for exclusively by his paternal grandmother. Those whose parents work have very low incomes and large families. They are the 26 children who, as much as they would like to dedicate their time to a safer and better future, face obstacles such as lack of money, school supplies, warm clothes and food. Although they receive some school supplies from the state at the beginning of the year, these are not enough for the whole year. The lack of resources affects their educational path, and their chances of a better future are becoming increasingly slim.
